Sarah C. Sothoron, a 36 year, 8 month, 22 day old married white female, died on 30 January 1916 at Providence Hospital, Washington, DC. Her occupation was Home work. She & parents born in Maryland; she had lived in the District for 16 years, and her usual residence was 1441 7th Ave. Congress Heights.

- Primary Cause of Death was Puerperal Infection of 16 days’ duration, with Empyema(?) being the immediate cause. Her attending physician was A. Wilson, M.D., Anacostia, DC.

- Place of Burial was New Market, Md., on Jan 2nd, 1916. Body was moved from the District By Road on Jan 2nd. Arrangements were by Thomas F. Murray, 2011 Nichols Ave. SE. (Certificate of Death - No. 227969, Dist. No. 15, Class No. 137)
